The LOI is normally drafted by the real estate broker but can also be completed by the buyer. It is vital to understand how to utilize and present a strong LOI so your offer is accepted in commercial real estate. Whether you are an active investor or a passive investor, understanding the importance of an LOI is key to visualizing how a commercial real estate transaction is successfully completed.
